Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling Prospects.
  • Handling Inbound Queries.
  • Look for New Business Opportunities.
  • Attending Phone Calls, Emails, Meetings on CEO behalf.
  • Maintaining Sales Records & Taking Care of all Business Leads & Sales.
  • Travel for business meetings with director in/out of the city upon requirement.
  • Ensuring Company Operations From Lead Generation till Customer Order Delivery.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to the Head of Sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by the Head of Sales.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, Network, and Technology, to ensure that the Inside Sales Team is aligned with company objectives.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection of team members.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must carry experience in inside sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Present our company to potential clients.
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Requirements.
